ValuesCheck is a brand and a service of Science 4 Insights, S.L..

2. Purpose

The Site informs about the digital reputation analysis services that Science 4 Insights, S.L. provides to companies and organisations, and allows proposals to be requested. The services are governed by the Terms of service.

3. Conditions of use

Access to the Site is free. Users undertake to use the Site and its contents lawfully, not to damage, overload or disrupt it, and not to attempt to access restricted areas or other users' data.

The client area (valuescheck.com/app) is restricted and requires credentials. Credentials are personal and non-transferable; the client is responsible for keeping them safe and for any use made of them.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the Site (texts, design, logos, structure, code and graphic elements) and ValuesCheck's analysis method, models, classifications and report formats belong to Science 4 Insights, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or reverse engineering without express written authorisation is prohibited.

Trademarks, names and logos of social networks or third parties shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are cited for identification only.

5. Disclaimer

Science 4 Insights, S.L. endeavours to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Site. It is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site, from the inability to access it, or from the contents of linked third-party sites, over which Science 4 Insights, S.L. has no control.

The information on the Site does not constitute legal, financial or human-resources advice. Features and prices shown are indicative and are specified in each proposal.

Linking to the Site is permitted provided it is not done from pages with unlawful content or content that may harm the image of Science 4 Insights, S.L., and no non-existent relationship is implied.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site, and unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
